P1: Explain the structure of identified audio-visual promos for different purposes
Music Promos |

Social-realism film trailers |
The structure of the music video Clocks is more performance based. The main footage of this music video is the live recording of them singing, edited in such a way that it looks like a more impressive and stunning music video. This music video is aimed at the same audience that the group targets, their main audience is 14-48 year olds. The main purpose of this is to entertain the audience as it is one of the best songs from one of the most successful bands in the UK. With every song they do, the more popularity they gain and the audience will be satisfied with another great song for them to listen to whenever they choose to.

The structure of this advert appears to be a combination of a performance, music video and trailer format. The main footage is what people got up to during the LeeFest. The target audience of LeeFest seem to be young people. The purpose of this video is to advertise what happened in the last Leefest to get people to want to join the in with the next LeeFest

The structure of this trailer, like all movie trailers, are narrative based. The Narrative this trailer seems to be advertising is about a man who is about to loose everything due to being unable to find work and unable to work due to health issues. This trailer is advertising a more mature topic in a film, and therefore I think that the film will be targeted at people the age of 16+ and therefore, the trailer too. The purpose of the trailer is to advertise this trailer so that an audience may want to go and watch it in the cinemas. This trailer does this by advertising and teasing some of the plot of the movie, without giving too much away.
